Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline (www.childhelp.org; 1-800-4-A-CHILD) – The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and serves the U.S., its territories and Canada. It is staffed 24/7 with professional crisis counselors providing assistance in 170 languages.

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (www.missingkids.com; 800.843.5678) – The mission of this non-profit organization is to serve as the nation’s resource on the issues of missing and sexually exploited children. It provides information and resources to law enforcement, parents, children including child victims as well as other professionals.

National Organization for Victim Assistance (www.trynova.org; 800.TRY.NOVA) – This non-profit is committed to implementing and promoting rights and services for victims of crime; their resources include information on how to get help after a crime.

National Sexual Assault Hotline (https://ohl.rainn.org/online/; 800.656.HOPE) – Providing help and hope around the clock, the National Sexual Assault Hotline offers live, anonymous crisis support for victims of sexual violence as well as their friends and family.

Safe Helpline (www.safehelpline.org; 877.995.5247) – Operated by RAINN, this hotline caters specifically to members of the Department of Defense community. Help is available 24/7 by phone, online or via text message.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org; 800.273.TALK) – Available around the clock and staffed by trained counselors, this hotline directs calls to the crisis center closest to your location.
